The Red Devils started the 2018-19 season poorly, which subsequently led to the sacking of their former manager, Jose Mourinho. The former striker, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was appointed as his replacement for rest of the season and the Norwegian is doing a decent job since taking charge at the club.

The Manchester-based club are still unbeaten under the 45-year-old and are now one of the favorites to qualify for the Champions League next season.

Though it is not yet clear whether Solskjaer will be appointed as the permanent manager by the Red Devils, however, given his performances, he is likely to remain at Old Trafford beyond this season.
